±1±: Best Buy I purchased my Instride Cycle XL to exercise after tearing the meniscus in my knee. Physical therapy got me to the point where I could finally cycle, but not with a normal bike, which would put strain on the knee. This fun little job does the trick. Yes, it has slipped when just on the wood floor, but once I position it against my desk, centered against the leg of one kneehole, it doesn't move at all. The timer thing is totally useless; it would have been much better if it had "mileage" or cardio, but for the money, you can't ask for much more. I cycle while at my computer, watching tv or reading, and it definitely works the legs and a bit of the upper body if you position yourself correctly on the chair. I use weights to exercise my arms and upper body, but you can put it on a table and use the pedals to exercise your arms. I would highly recommend it! on Sale!
