I knew I wouldn't get a cardio workout with this and it wasn't my purpose. I recently had hip surgery and my right thigh muscle is very weak. This gives my leg a workout without straining it too much. I love it and recommend it to anyone who has a hard time riding a stationery bike or for someone like me, who needs help after surgery, or for a senior citizen who doesn't get much exercise it would be perfect!

I love this product. The tension is a little loose for the legs but great for the arms. Also you take smaller strides but that is to be expected because it is smaller than a full size bike. I would recomend this product for anyone looking for a way to excerise while watching t.v.
