I bought this one because of the foldable stow away feature. It arrived on time in a huge box with instructions on putting it together. I was able to assemble the bike within 30 minutes and I've been using it every day, then fold it and roll it into my closet; I love it!

When the exercise bike arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a short instruction booklet. Within 20 minutes, the bike was ready to go. As expected, the bike is compact, fitting into a small corner in the bedroom. Additionally (and unexpectedly), the bike is surprising quiet. This makes it very easy to watch television or listen to music simultaneously.

If you're looking for a solid exercise bike requiring little space and creating little noise, this is the bike for you.

Confidence Fitness Space Saving X Bike

Like many people, I found this bike easy to put together and a nice work-out for someone who is reasonably fit, but not an avid bicyclist.
About six months into using it, it starting squealing (as mentioned by other reviewers), but didn't really have a way of opening it up, so I suffered through it. Then a couple of months later, it felt like the pedals were jerking. This steadily got worse, and I started noticing black fragments under the bike after use (again, as mentioned by others) so I got a long screw driver and opened up the plastic wheel casting. Sure enough, the underside of the belt has started wearing away, causing the pedals to slip, and making using the bike more and more difficult.
I have sent an email to the company, but I'm not holding my breath for a fix, let alone a response. Although I have been pleased with my workout until now, I am disappointed that it was not made to last.

I love this bike! We've been looking for a bike that is quiet (we live in an apartment), can easily be moved and still gives us a good work out. My husband and I really love it.

Other reviewers had problems assembling the bike, but I thought it was easy to set up. It looks cool and takes up very little space. I was surprised with how sturdy it is. It is virtually silent and pedals smoothly. I am satisfied. However...

- The pedal radius seems a bit smaller than normal. So if you are taller than, say, 5-8, you might have problems with this and the max height of the seat post.

- The seat is hard. A seat cover would would be nice, but I just fold up a small bath towel and sit on that.

- There seems to be a huge jump in resistance between settings 2 and 3. A previous reviewer said that they get a "casual workout at 5". Wow. I must be really out of shape.

Summary: I like it and would buy it again. But if you are taller than 5-8 or a serious cyclist, you probably want a different bike.

This is a great product. It is light, folds easily, and is quiet when in use (thus it is easy to ride and listen to T.V. or music). The only downside is the cost of shipping which can make the price a little high.

I bought this bike after reading all of the other reviews about it. I found all of the critiques to be accurate (it's a little small for anyone over 5'10" and the shipping is pricey). My biggest complaint about the bike, though, is the tension setting. Only a couple of reviewers made any mention of it. I've used the bike several times and I have to set it to the highest tension to get a decent workout. I'm a bit disappointed that I don't have anything to work up to - and I'm even not an avid biker or exerciser! I'm 34 in good health and participate in low to moderate physical activity. I do not recommend this bike to people who are looking for gym-quality exercise bike. However, this is a great bike for people who are looking to get a little cardio exercise at home or who may be just getting back into exercising/physical activity.

This bike is a real disappointment. I'm 190 lb and work out regularly and like to bike for hours which is impossible to do on this bike since it is very hard to pedal even on the lowest setting. Waste of $$$.

We bought this to do some exercise at home - my husband and I are both gym members but were struggling to go in the cold weather. The bike was easy enough to put together but that's probably because both of us helped. Since buying it my husband has used it most days, sometimes for ten minutes but other times for an hour. I use it every couple of days for around 30 minutes. We're still using level one so there is a way to go, which is reassuring, but for now working reasonably hard on level one is enough to break a sweat. The bike has an occasional rattle which is annoying but not the end of the world. Overall I'd have to say it's a very good bike for the money - I did a lot of research before we got this and am glad I did because we have no regrets.
