The product meets expectations and easy to put together. I can hop on the bike if I need a workout going outside of my home what is a plus especially in winter time. The seat is not comfortable though and worth upgrade to the recommended Schwinn unit. Bike is being powered by 4 C-size batteries which lasted for a week or so. So I bought a AC/DC 6V adapter in RadioShack and wired the bike.

I get a great workout on this bike. I am glad that I ignored the negative reviews and went ahead with my purchase. I am in my late 20s and I got this bike to keep fit, keep in shape and as a new wife, keep my figure. I am seeing changes in my legs and stamina as well as in my mid section. The only other exercise equipment I have added to my routine is my husbands dumbbells, and I am satisfied with the results. I definitely recommend this bike to anybody who wants to exercise to stay fit or stay in shape.

The bike was easy to assemble..took my husband about 20 mins.
