First I was impressed by how easy assembly was. I had it together in about 45 minutes. It has enough adjustment in the seat and handlebars to where I was able to get it very comfortable quickly. I'm short so I was worried that would be an issue. Between the reviews and the instruction book I figured out the programming system. It's very stable. I'm not sure what I think about the seat yet but it could just be getting used to it. I spent 3 days looking at about 15 bikes before I settled on this one. Couldn't be happier!

The bike arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It is very quiet. The tension adjustment is fine for me. Instead of laying on the couch and watching TV I now spend 1-2 hours in the evening pedaling.

This excersize bike is sturdy and not really hard to assemble. The pieces were well packaged so it was not damaged or anything when I got it. I put it together following the instructions (which also include some helpful stretching techniques in the back for before you start using the bike). I used the bike for 30 minutes the first day I had it and was fine. But the next day I woke up and my butt hurt SO BAD that I could barely sit on the bike again. I waited until my soreness went away, and bought a seat pad from Wal-Mart. This bike seat is 10 inches across and about 10 inches long. So, if you're going to buy a bike seat pad make sure it's big enough to fit that. Other than the seat, it's a very nice and simple bike to work out on.

I really like this bike. It is comfortable, compact, and extremely quiet. Unlike another recumbent bike I have, it does not hurt my knees or my back or take up too much room in a small apartment. It enables me to get a good workout in spite of rheumatoid arthritis, which somewhat limits my exercise options. It is easy to move and put in storage if need be. I was planning to fold it up and put it away between sessions, but it is so small I can just leave it out all the time. It was pretty easy to assemble; I did it myself in about an hour. The directions were clear and everything fit where it was supposed to go.
All in all, I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a pleasant, convenient, and effective form of exercise.
