After exhausively reviewing this item we made the decision to buy the Schwinn instead of a product twice the cost. We couldn't be HAPPIER!. The box did arrive very banged up, but the contents were fine. I put it together in about 2 hours, but did it very slowly due to interruptions. Out entire family uses it; mom, dad, teenage son & middle school daughter. It is VERY quiet, good computer screen and nice looking. The step through design is very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who would like an indoor exercise machine. We use it every day.
