Box arrived in rough shape with a few items loosened and floating around, however, all were undamaged. Assembly was about an hour with one cord needing to be threaded where the directions showed it already to go. Resistance is nicely even over the range. Seat comfort is not too bad, however, adjusting the distance from the pedals requires reaching under the seat and working a stiff bolt with a spring and a large plastic handle. It's a bit awkward. Overall a good value with one month of use.
